This Privacy Policy of personal data (hereinafter — the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the website quizzer.top (hereinafter — the Site), located at the domain name quizzer.top (as well as its subdomains), may obtain about the User while the User uses the website quizzer.top (as well as its subdomains), its programs and its products.

1. Definitions

1.1. This Privacy Policy uses the following terms:

1.1.5. «Website quizzer.top» — a set of interconnected web pages published on the Internet at the unique address (URL) quizzer.top, as well as on its subdomains.

1.1.6. «Subdomains» — pages or a set of pages located on third-level domains belonging to the website quizzer.top, as well as other temporary pages containing the contact information of the Administration.

1.1.7. «User of the website quizzer.top» (hereinafter — the User) — a person who has access to the website quizzer.top via the Internet and uses the information, materials and products of the website quizzer.top.

2. General provisions

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

6.1. The User has the right to:

6.1.1. Take a free decision on providing their personal data necessary for using the website quizzer.top, and to consent to its processing.

6.1.2. Update or supplement the provided personal data if that information changes.

6.1.3. Receive from the Administration information concerning the processing of their personal data, unless this right is restricted in accordance with federal laws. The User has the right to require the Administration to clarify their personal data, to block or destroy it if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, and also to take the measures provided for by law to protect their rights. 6.2. The Administration is obliged to:

6.2.1. Use the information received exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Keep the confidential information secret, not to disclose it without the prior written permission of the User, and not to sell, exchange, publish or otherwise disclose the personal data of the User, except as provided for in clause 5.2 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the personal data of the User in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect such information in existing business practice.

6.2.4. Block the personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of the request or enquiry of the User, of their legal representative or of the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, for the period of verification, if unreliable personal data or unlawful actions are detected.

7. Liability of the parties

7.1. The Administration that has not fulfilled its obligations is liable for the losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except in the cases provided for in clauses 5.2 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration is not liable if that confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public knowledge before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Administration of the Resource.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.

7.3. The User bears full responsibility for compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including laws on advertising, on the protection of copyright and related rights, on the protection of trademarks and service marks, but not limited to the above, including full responsibility for the content and form of the materials.

7.4. The User acknowledges that responsibility for any information (including, but not limited to, data files, texts, etc.) to which the User may have access as part of the website quizzer.top lies with the person who provided such information.

7.5. The User agrees that the information provided to them as part of the website quizzer.top may be an object of intellectual property whose rights are protected and belong to other Users, partners or advertisers who place such information on the website quizzer.top.

7.7. The Administration is not liable to the User for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of the deletion, failure or impossibility of saving any Content and other communication data contained on or transmitted through the website quizzer.top.

7.8. The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from: the use of the site or the impossibility of using it, or individual services; unauthorised access to the communications of the User; statements or behaviour of any third party on the site.

7.9. The Administration is not liable for any information posted by the user on the website quizzer.top, including, but not limited to, information protected by copyright, without the direct consent of the copyright owner.

8. Dispute resolution

8.1. Before going to court with a claim concerning disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal or a proposal in electronic form for the voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. Within 30 calendar days from the day the claim is received, the recipient of the claim notifies the claimant in writing or in electronic form about the results of the consideration of the claim.

8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the Arbitration Court.

8.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and to the relationship between the User and the Administration.

9. Additional conditions

9.1. The Administration is entitled to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website quizzer.top, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
